Breakfast Smoothie
( A Great Way to Start Out Your Day)

1             Banana ( 3 to 4 oz )
2 oz        Blueberries - frozen     
2 oz        Strawberries - frozen                                  
2 oz        Mixed Fruit (Peach, Pineapple, Mango) -frozen       
2 oz        Acai - Berry Juice
1 oz        Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
1/2 Tbsp    Flax Oil
Tbsp        Psyllium
3/4 oz     Soy Protein Powder (Trader Darwin's)           
4 oz        Orange Juice
1/2 cup    Water
Place everything into a blender. 
Blend for 30 to 40 seconds, until smooth.
