Sugar / Splenda
Brown Sugar (packed)
Unsalted Butter, softened
Egg
All-Purpose Flour
Instant Coffee Granules
Baking Soda
Sea Salt
Chopped Walnuts
Dark Chocolate Chips
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, beat both sugars, softened unsalted butter and egg with a mixer on medium speed until creamy. Mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Add granulated instant coffee, baking soda and sea salt. Stir just until combined. Mix in chopped Walnuts and Dark Chocolate Chips making sure that they are evenly spread through the mix.

Drop 1 tablespoon of dough at a time onto an ungreased cookie sheet. About 2 inches apart.

Place in pre heated oven and bake for 11 to 12 minutes. Just until they are golden brown.

Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack. Cool completely.
Store in air tight container for up to a week.
