Roasted Pork Loin - sliced thinly
Multi-grain Fat Free Bread -  (Trader Joe's)
Provolone - Low Sodium (Boars Head)
Gala Apple - sliced thinly
Baby Spinach
Vegenaise (Mayo)
Mama Carol's Pork Rub Seasoning
In a small bowl mix together the Vegenaise and pork rub seasoning till well blended.
Toast the bread in a toaster then spread your mix on both top & bottom slices of bread.

Putting the Sandwich Together
Place the one slice of bread on a plate, place on top bread your pork slices, apple slices, cheese and spinach. Last but not least place your top slice of toasted bread on the top of your sandwich.








You now have a Great Sandwich
