This Tuna Barbeque Panini Melt is at  384 mg's of sodium and is a hearty meal. You will make this one time and time again...
Barbeque Tuna Panini Melt  -  Serving's:  2

In a small bowl mix tuna & 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce. Place in a skillet and warm up till barbeque sauce has blended with the tuna. Place tuna back in bowl and add celery, onion, basil, parsley and seasonings. Mix to combine. 

Place tuna mix on top of each bun, add cheese slice, 1/2 tablespoon of barbeque sauce and put top of bun on. 
Place entire sandwich into Panini Grill and cook for 3 minutes.

Note: If you do not have a Panini Grill you can use a skillet and squirt non stick spray on to both sides of sandwich and grill for 2 minutes per side or use a toaster oven..

Ingredients:
In a medium sauce pot on medium-high, heat the oil and add the onions, cook until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Add to onion & garlic in pot and simmer for 45 minutes.

Yield: 3 cups

The sauce will be ready to be used on all of your favorite dishes 
Note: You can add 1 or 2 roasted Jalapeno Peppers to your sauce for an Exciting Zing to the flavor...
